General information for the business: Web Application
Description of requirements/functionality: We are looking for someone who has already developed a combination of the following application:
SMS
2 WAY SMS
MMS
SMS API
WAP Push
WHATSAPP APPLICATION

We want all this software to be combined as one application. The SMS, MMS & WAP PUSH MUST be SMPP Sending Gateway. It will be a fully web base application, which allows customers to sign up an account, automatic account activation via email, visa/master card enabled to allow clients purchase credits online (this script will be provided for you separately).
The application MUST also be able to send 2 WAY SMS.
Full Admin control. The application MUST also support API.

The system MUST have all the necessary function for a whatsapp application, which includes, validating mobile number to be sure they have whatsapp, enable customers to reply back to their whatsapp messages. etc.
