1. Are you open to splitting into milestones (Phase 1: requirements + UX + data model + plan, then build)?
2. Must-have for v1 in 10 days: which 3 features only (e.g., Login + QR check-in/out + Attendance report), and what can wait?
3. What’s the expected scale: #sites / #users, and do you need offline scanning? -
If the solution is as PWA mobile app instead of native APP ? It will work like native with requested features and can be developed quickly.
