Simple one screen iOS app (ToDo list with image export)

I need an iOS developer (who's ideally comfortable with swift UI) to help build a very simple iOS app.

The core functionality is:
- User can create a todo list of 1-3 tasks
- User can export this as a PNG to their camera roll (to then set as their background)
- User can mark tasks as done in the app - then re-export the image
- User can edit these tasks, and unmark things as done

It's effectively a single screen app with an edit mode, plus asking the user for camera roll permissions, and then exporting the list as a PNG file.

I have all the designs made in Figma, and a high-level user stories and acceptance criteria mapped out a Trello board. Plus my own Apple Dev account to launch the app through.

My day job is a Product Manger, so hopefully, this should be pretty quick and easy.
