Simple Camera App For Android - With AWS Connection for Upload

We need to build a very simple camera app which collates the following information

Lat/long
Altitude
Compass direction

Writes this data into EXIF and also stamps it onto the picture. This is very simple and there are many apps who do this already.

What we also need is the ability for users to uploaded data into AWS S3 storage. We are open to how this is done, but this could be done via signing in via cognito. We need the users of the app to store the data in specific folders based on their user profile.

This app will be developed over time - this is Phase 1 build.

We are looking for professionals who can build this app quickly and who then can work with us on the development for Phase 2 (which will include sending push notifications to the users).
