Simple App Creation (Android, personal use only)

I'm a full-time performer, and I'm looking for a custom designed app to help me with a performance piece. The app will look similar to a common app for Android, but rather than having all of its functionality, it will only do the following:

1) Display a welcome screen with a username and an input field for a password
2) When the first two passwords are entered (no matter what was entered in the field), an "incorrect password" message is displayed.
3) When the third password is entered (no matter what it is), the app "accepts" the password and passes the user on to a static page with some stats/numbers on it (ideally I would like to be able to adjust on of these numbers without too much difficulty, but this isn't a necessity).

While this might take some creativity on the back/programming end, the visual display should look quite similar to a certain existing app.
