Simple Android Studio Application Development

I need someone to develop an application for me. MUST BE USING ANDROID STUDIO. It is a simple application which will record data like a data log and perform simple calculations. I would like the app to send notifications as well and allow for screen orientation. The code must be well commented and easy to understand not too complex.
