Short term contract web development/ project management/ software development

i need a software development engineer with project management experience to design,oversea and manage new systems migration to a web based platform. candidates needs to also have database compilation experience using MySQL/PHP/CMS . Successful candidates will be required to design and develop software components which will collaborate with existing application severs to operate with the companys mission critical products and services. This is a fairly demanding project requiring a certain level of commitment and we are willing to reward accordingly. Realistic time-frame for project completion and submission is critical. This project is expected to last for three to six months and there will be a monthly progress evaluation.
minimum requirements for project consideration include, good command of English at, least 3years experience of python packages, proficient database development experience using (oracle, sql,) minimum Bs in computer science and some project management experience preferably prince2
