Experience Level: Expert
We are seeking a CRM expert to help us implement a CRM system.
We do not currently use a CRM and are open to ideas about what we should do; whether, we use a modified version of an existing CRM or have one developed for us.
We have many operations to be covered with the system and it should be accessible to our offices in UK and USA to:
- data entry / store new leads (data currently stored in many excell documents)
- telesales departments should be able to access a script screen (should have access to allocated leads and should be able to make notes on each lead and take client through a sales process)
- automated emailers to go out to prospect clients (several thousand at one time)
- new client section [client signs up through telesale or on our site] (once a client signs up there is a process from paying on our website to the delivery of the product to that client; we should be able to give access to our different offices to complete various taks before delivering work to client)
- existing client section (where all existing client records are kept and we can mass contact or individually with email)
- outsourcer section (to keep records of outsource agents we work with and projects they are working on, rate of pay, dates etc.)
- strategy area (for management to access and input business strategy, objectives and processes)
This is our initial idea for the CRM but may require additional add-ons later.
Ideally, the user interface should be as user friendly as possible and if all data can be stored in the cloud this would be fantastic.
We can work with you to determine the required information/ processes/variables at each stage.
