Real time availability app

We are looking to develop a cross-platform, mobile-first service marketplace app (for iOS and Android) using a customizable template such as one built on Flutter or React Native. The platform will connect users with individual service providers and registered businesses across various categories, allowing real-time search, booking, and communication. It should support three distinct user types—clients, individual providers, and organizations—with separate onboarding flows and dashboards. Organizations (e.g., agencies) must be able to not only receive bookings but also source and manage providers through their dashboard. Key features include profile verification, role-based permissions, availability management, geolocation-based search, secure payments, and a simple admin dashboard. The developer may work from an existing template but must be able to adjust flows to reflect the unique role structure and ensure native behavior on both Apple and Android platforms. Scalability and CMS-style backend editing are important for long-term use.
