Android or iOS for iPad app or browser extension to change text only web pages with Custom Fonts (User-provided) and Custom Colors for Fonts and Background.
Tapping the right of the screen triggers Page Down, tapping the left of the screen triggers Page Up. Tapping the middle of the screen opens a bottom menu to choose Search, Themes and Settings.
Settings include choosing custom fonts and font and background colors, and saving them as Themes.
Custom fonts chosen in the settings. Enter into font color edit mode, then edit by 4 swipe controls on the 4 screen edges for Red, Green, Blue and page brightness.
Editing font and background colors by a switch on the menu window.
Click and hold on a word opens a small menu with options to Pronounce the word, show the word in a dictionary or copy it (similar to double clicking on a word in Chrome desktop browser).
