React-Native developer needed for simple implementation

We have a legacy web application that is powered by CakePHP 2 that we are building a mobile app for. The web app does NOT have a RESTful API and relies on rendered HTML pages to display information to the user. Our current approach is to render a mobile-optimized version of the web app in an iframe in a Cordova app, but we encountered limitations with this approach in terms of handling push notifications to the app while it is running in the background. We get notifications from a service called intercom.io and from the web app itself via Firebase Cloud Messaging.

We are looking for a React Native Developer who can solve the following problems:
- Render the CakePHP web app in a React Native app using WebView
- Set up communications between the WebView and the React Native app in order react properly to events happening on the WebView side (e.g. log in, log out)
- Configure the React Native app (via plugins, or using native code) to receive native push notifications
- Configure the React Native app to synchronize information from the WebView side to the native/React Native app side (syncing badge counter numbers, dismissing notifications etc)
