React Native Developer — Integration Only (36 Screens Done)

Description:
I am looking for an experienced React Native developer to integrate and submit a fully coded UK property app called KEYOH.
Important — please read before applying.
All 36 screens are already written, designed and audited. The UI is complete. The navigation is complete. The theme, components and business logic are all done. You are not building an app from scratch. You are integrating existing code with backend services and submitting to the App Store.
What I will upload to you on day one:
• KEYOH_Source_Code.zip — all 36 React Native screen files fully coded and audited, AppNavigator.js with all screens registered and correct import paths, TabIcon component, and theme file with all colours, fonts and spacing
• KEYOH_Developer_Briefing_Pack.docx — full project brief covering every screen, every task, App Store description, keywords and submission checklist
• KEYOH_Cover_Letter.pdf — step by step instructions covering exactly what is done, what still needs doing, what must never be changed, and all legal document links
Everything is documented. You will not be guessing at anything.
What needs doing:
1. Set up React Native project and drop in the provided source code
2. Connect Cloudflare Stream for video playback (credentials provided)
3. Build a backend API and replace placeholder data across all screens
4. Integrate Apple Pay and Google Pay for payments (boosts, subscriptions)
5. Set up push notifications via Firebase or APNs
6. Connect email verification flow
7. TestFlight build sent to me for approval
8. Full App Store submission once I sign off
Tech stack:
React Native, @react-navigation/native, @react-navigation/stack, @react-navigation/bottom-tabs
Platform:
iOS first. Android after iOS is live and approved.
About the app:
KEYOH is a UK property platform that connects buyers and sellers directly through cinematic video listings, AI matching and a 21-day completion dashboard. Operated by Dare to Accept Limited, registered in England and Wales.
What I am looking for:
A React Native developer who has submitted apps to the App Store before. Someone who can read a brief, work independently and communicate clearly. UK timezone preferred but not essential.
Budget:
I am open to proposals. Please note all 36 screens are fully built and documented — this is integration and submission work only. Quote accordingly.
