QR Reader app for IOs and Android in Cordova

General information for the business: We are a software development company specializing in NFC tracking software.

Description of every module: We require a simple cross platform QR Reader app built in Cordova.

The main goal of the app is to scan a QR code which contains a custom link. The app has to use the in app browser and show the content of the link.

It has to be easy for the user to do another scan by the means of a button at the top of the screen.

Once the app is finished we would like you to publish the app to the Apple App store and the Android Play store.

Description of requirements/functionality: The app has to:
Show a startup screen with the PivotCentral logo
Once ready the app should go straight into the scan screen, scanning for a qr code
Once a QR code is read it should immediately jump to the link if the link contains PivotCentral.com otherwise jump back to the scan screen
A button at the top of the app should jump back to the scanning page.
CMS and Admin requirements: make available the source code to us via GIT
Specific technologies required: Cordova, Javascript, HTML, Jquery
Extra notes: Once the app is finished we would like you to send us the source code for the app. We will also require an hourly rate for making updates to the app in the future.
