Panoramio Javascript

I'm looking for some custom javascript to display the single, most popular image on Panoramio for a particular location.

I want to insert a call to the javascript into a blog post, specify three variables, and have the javascript print the html below.

The javascript will make use of the Panoramio API

The javascript will query a text file containing 50,000 locations location ID and long/lat coordinates.

I want to set three variables: (location_id), (image _class), (caption)

The javascript will use the location_id variable to query the text file and find the longitude and latitude.

The javascript will use these coordinates to find the most popular image for that location.

The Panoramio API will deliver the image URL, the user URL and the Author name.

The Javascript will write the above html to the blog post.
