Online asset tracking database

The following deliverable items will be completed as the first release version as per this proposal:-

1. The solution to be written using the PHP and JQuery scripting languages with a MySQL database backend environment. However, I am open to alternative suggestions. I will be following up with software updates and site visits to undertake training, so I must understand the platform used. All code to be commented.

2. Secure login over a SSL tunnel. I can supply the SSL certificate.

3. Design database schema.

4. Test database, integrity and access speeds.

5. Detail requirements for Cloud based backup of the database and web application.

6. Log user login into a database table to act as an audit.

7. Customer page – ability to add/edit/delete customers.

8. Asset page – ability to add/edit/archive assets, plus check in and check out of assets and repair status.

9. Delivery note page – ability to create delivery notes and print to PDF.

10. Delivery note to include the following information:-

a. Despatch date
b. To address
c. Free text box for additional instructions or notes
d. Product
e. Serial number
f. Name of person on loan to
g. Expected return date
h. Reason for loan
i. Ability to add digital certified signature to be signed by the person taking out the loan of the equipment. Perhaps access for this will be given to the client in the form of their own login to the system.

11. Reporting page – ability to report on assets, customers and re-print delivery notes.

The first stage would be to provide an online demo to prove the concept without branding. Second stage would be to implement company branding, which will be supplied.

I need the first stage done by the end of the month if possible. I have Skype and regular access to emails, so please get in touch. Previous examples of work will be required.
