One-Page Order Form Application

The project will create a simple, one-page order form – potentially using Microsoft 365 Power Apps, designed for easy use on an iPad in-store or through a link online. The goal is to provide customers with a quick, convenient way to place orders and receive updates automatically.
Features:
1. One-Page Order Form:
- A clean, easy-to-use form that customers can fill out on an in-store iPad or via an online link.
- Matches the layout of the attached document for familiar and straightforward use.

2. Back-end database:
- Manage orders in a back-end database.
- Ability to print of orders and mark as complete.

3. Confirmation Email:
- Once the form is submitted, customers will receive an automatic confirmation email with their order details.

4. Reminder Email:
- A reminder email will be sent to customers the day before their collection date to ensure they don’t miss it.
