On-Demand Dry cleaning and laundry delivery app

I am looking for a web developer who is vastly experienced in creating and building a mobile app from scratch. This applies to both iOS and Android platform. The concept of this app is to build an on-demand dry cleaning and laundry delivery app for the users. This would give the users the ability to pick and choose which clothing item that they would like to get clean at a specific date, time and location of their choice. Also, a back-end office would be vital for administrating the orders.
