NFC track apk android for round security guard

I need a mobile application to track the movement of a security guard in a location.
The agent must identify himself on the application via his NFC badge or directly with his username and password via a MySQL database.
After identification, he will have the choice to choose between different types of rounds previously configured via a MySQL database.
After selecting the correct round, the agent must complete his route and validate all the NFC badges previously configured in this round.
The connection of choice and all NFC badges must be stored in a MySQL database.
The database exists and we just need the app to connect to this database
