Newspaper Company Needs Iphone/Android APP created

We publish a weekly newspaper at over 25 schools. We need an iPhone/android/ and potentially blackberry app to display both content and our advertisers graphics.

All data is available in a MS SQL database for extraction. Open to suggestions, and potentially working on future projects as well.

This app is no longer active, and we have none of the source code.

Time frame -- 4 weeks to completion


Must have Skype or some other means of communicating
Must have someone that can speak english fluently to discuss requirements/progress/ and overall communication.
