.NET development and build job

Hi there,
I am looking for someone to work on a potential project for delivery on 10th Jan - so it will probably involve some work over Xmas.

The project needs to be developed in a .NET environment and is a microsite to run alongside a campaign for a national high street brand.

Their idea for the site is to allow the general public to post messages on the site. These messages after moderation and approval will be made available through the site to the general public. The messages need to be searchable and also some kind of rules need to be established to allow a random assortment of messages to be viewed and as well as perhaps a list of latest added or most favourited.

As you can tell we are looking to allow people to favourite and share messges they like through social media etc.

There will need to be a basic admin area for approval of messages etc.

We've scoped quite a bit of the project out and would like to talk to you about the .NET programming/build and with that in mind would like to talk/get together with you to scope and cost and to understand your experience.
