Need android Developer to fix App with Admin Panel &make changes

Looking for an Android developer who can fix problems with our educational app that is connected to Admin Panel and uses Google Places API quickly. The Admin Panel is used by teachers to create the routes for the App. We need someone who can fix the connectivity problem between the App and the Admin Panel as well as implement some changes to the App and the Admin Panel. The App is mostly Javascript, with PHP, and CSS. The Administrative Site is in Node.js. Please see the attachment for the list of changes we looking to implement.
