Need an Apple APP for a Christian magazine for kids.

Hi, we are a non-profit Christian magazine for kids.
We have our own website which is www.awlaad.com and we want to create a mobile app for this magazine.

1- Must be an Arabic English application with a default Arabic interface. (I can help in Arabic fonts …)
2- The Apps will be made in iOS as we already have Android App.
3- Must be friendly and easy to use for kids.
4- Must the same as the Android App that we already have
5- Open source not a locked one.
6- We are using a program " Flip PDF Professional" so you will find the samples of the file that what the file will look like in the attached file so you will use it in the application.
7- The application must use the same technology which is flipping pages like the website.
8- I will send our logo to use it in the application.
9- The application must be compatible with all versions of IOS and tablets.
