Need a creative Android UX/UI designer for prototype design.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

We are building a loyalty card android application. We are currently in the prototype phase and this is the initial project. We are looking to nurture and build on this relationship with someone to build out and work with us full time on our full product.
The project would involve designing a template for the general app, and then 4 subsidiary loyalty card templates. The backend/server side piece has already been covered so it will be functional.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a reliable Android UI/UX designer that has proven experience in building creative and stylish UI's for Android. You must have proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator and to convert those PSDs within our native environment. Proficiency in understanding HTML, CSS, Javascript Java, C++, Python, PHP is a bonus. You understand effective user workflows, understand how to scale designs, and can design responsively and be platform consistent given that Android covers an array of devices.

We would need to see evidence of your work, in apps that you have designed and any that you have built yourself as well as a portfolio of your design work. Any recommendations from your previous clients are welcome. We would prefer that you are based in the UK, and ideally London, but if you are not, we would still be open to receiving your bid.

BUDGET:

We do have a budget for this. It is a small budget as this is a prototype only at this point so please reflect this in your bid. On completion of project, as long as we are happy with the standard of work, we would look to continue this relationship with you for the roll out of our version 1.0 once we g
