Mobile phone app for Electricians to create price estimates

We are an electrical engineering business.
I need an app creating that we can use to create price estimates for work.
Their will be a pre-set database of items and prices, for example :
Socket: £50
Light: £20
Switch: £25
(this database should have default prices but can be edited if required and prices changed)

The user starts the estimate by adding rooms, for example:
Kitchen
Lounge
Bedroom 1
Bedroom 2
Bathroom

For each room, the user then adds items, For example
Kitchen

>>>>>>Lights: 2
>>>>>>Switch: 1

Bedroom 1
>>>>>>Sockets: 2
>>>>>>Lights: 2

There should also be possibility to add free text with a price, for unusual items that are not on the database.

There should be a discount field - so that we can apply a 10% discount for example.

There should be other fields available for customer name, address etc.

It should produce 2 reports. One with a prices and one without that can e used as a check list for items during the work.

We want to use this app for our own business and also sell it for use on IOS and Android.
