General information for the app: Conducting Property Inventories
Kind of development: New app from scratch
Description of requirements/features: We are a property management company and looking for the design of an inventory system to facilitate doing property inventories, inspections and check-outs at the property via a tablet or mobile device.

Currently we are paper based and all our inventories are as word documents, so we need the facility to convert these into files that can be amended / updated and then printed. We need the facility to add photos and also have standard templates for new properties and an additional template for the check-out which compares the opening inventory.
