Mobile app. Unity + Vuforia + AR+GPS + Google Analytics + Data

I am looking for someone to develop an app on the Unity platform for both Android and iOS. Note... the deliverable is a Unity project including any assets created during development. I expect to own the code. The developer will not have rights to use this code for any purpose. I will pay for licenses for the SDKs and other required resources separate from this project budget. I will be responsible for developing all graphical components required by the app.

This project will be developed in phases, the first is described at high level below. When completed successfully, and if quality is suitable, we will continue with the second and third phases. When a developer is selected I will provide storyboards, swimlane diagrams, and/or flow diagrams as needed.

The app will be developed on Unity using the following SDKs and will providing the following functionality:
-Vuforia
-AR+GPS
-Google Analytics
-MySQL database connectivity for registering and authenticating users
-Cloud based Blob storage will be used to store user behavior data.

The user experience will involve:
-Downloading the app via a Qcode
-Creating a user account and signing in
-Then starting game play

The app will begin with a typical splash screen
The app will move to a page where a video is embedded, which will run on open
The app will move to a predefined GPS based map showing the current user location and the location of predetermined coordinates stored as an array within the app.
The app will guide the user to the locations, possibly in a specific order, via a compass or other direction indicating visual. The app will need to understand proximity/distance to the other coordinates.
The app will notify the user via a sound, vibration, and visual indicator when they are within a predetermined range of any coordinate in the coordinate array.
