Proactiv has been established for over 16 years, specialising in the design and production of plastic cards, mini keyfobs, and related loyalty products. Our cards are used across the UK (and soon worldwide) for:
Business and appointment cards, reusable loyalty, referral, and gift cards.

Our mission is simple — to support independent business owners with tools that help them attract and retain customers.

Background
A few years ago, we built a web-based software (MS-DOS + database backend) that allows businesses to:
Build customer databases

Create referral and loyalty schemes

Manage gift card programs

Send email/SMS marketing campaigns

Handle invoicing and basic stock control

We are now ready to completely modernise and expand this system — with a new website, improved backend, and a mobile app that gives end users instant access to their cards, loyalty points, and rewards.

Project Overview
We are seeking a skilled developer or development team to:
Revamp the existing software (modern database and web stack)

Design and develop a mobile app (iOS & Android) that links with the platform

Integrate app features such as loyalty slots, pre-ordering, and referral tracking

The system must remain easy to use for independent business owners, while adding a modern customer-facing app experience.

Project Phases
We’re open to the project being delivered in 1–3 phases depending on scope and budget.
Phase 1 (Core Priority) - To be fully tested and launched this year
Develop the digital alternative to physical cards

Allow each customer to have their own “slots” or profiles within the app

Must be functional and stable enough to replace physical cards

Phase 2
Add Pre-Order functionality (customers can pre-purchase or book services/products)

Phase 3
Integrate all remaining features (loyalty, referral, gift card logic, analytics, messaging, etc.)

Budget & Timeline
Target Budget: Around $3,000 USD

Target Timeline: 6–8 weeks

Flexible: If necessary, project can be split into smaller milestones or phases
