Important:
I am not only looking for the code — I need full delivery until publication in both the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). The developer/team should handle the entire process: coding, testing, deployment, and publishing. The attachment is my view for the app, apologies is in Portuguese that is my first language
