Q & A:
1. Do we need to verify the mobile number and email both?
A. we only verify the email, showing the phone number in the profile should be optional

2. Is company profile for single user access or multiple admin can handle the company account?
A. No more companies or suppliers profiles, individual profiles only, they can represent their companies

3. Only company profile can hire the individual one?
A. no hire through the App, it is to connect Artists, Crew and Producers together..see it like Tinder for Art but with serious profiles and information about the artists & their interests

4. You mentioned availability on individual profile but I guess it should be depends on JOB requirement. Isn't it?
A. this can be a simple Calendar that a member can control from within his account, check an App called Copy That

5. When we posted the job and got the multiple profile match then how you want to hire specific profile?
A. when someone post a job, freelancers or artists receives matching job list based on hashtags/keywords the add to their profile: i.e: i am interested in finding a job as Cameraman, so in my profile i can add #Cameraman to be able to see all the Jobs related to cameraman, also the search should have specific criteria (within distance/Km, country, state or province...etc TB discussed and to see what is the best logic for that)

6. Do we have to payout the employee on this app?
A. as i said earlier, for the moment no payments will run through the App, we should consider the option but we will only do it if the App generates a lost of members..

7. How many job post can be posted by company?
A. good question, i would say 3 Jobs per month for now (also 10 matchings per day), this is this the service i want to sell later on..

8. What is your business plan for this app? Are you going to charge for job post from company?
A. answered before

9. If someone posted the JOB then do we need to show the timeline like Linkedin or like and share feature?
A. Jos can be shared on Social Media in order to attract new subscribers, we also need an option where one can submit a job application by sending his profile & adding a short cover letter.

10. Both user will have the same app or two different app?
A. Companies and individuals? there is 1 type of profiles now
