Mobile App Development for IOS

The project has been developed at this stage, and I need to test and distribute the application internally. I need to get around 2-300 employees and customers to use the application. Note: Internal distribution specifies that only people with a secure link from me are allowed to download and install my application. Professional help is needed, and I cannot provide the developer enterprise program account required for distribution at present.
