task 1
take an xcode script (which we will send) for a v simple iphone app and
a) prove that it can be installed in an actual iphone (you will need your own iphone)
b) help me connect my macbook to my iphone and actually make it work - it makes an initial connection but xcode cannot build to my iphone as a target
task 2
set up our distribution web pages for both android and ios apps (either through official apple/google channels or an independent system) so that test users can download our beta apps.
