Mobile App

I like to make an android app with a link. Link will open specific webpage to a web view.
Example: Android app will show a restaurant logo, some information, few pictures and a link. when anyone click on the 'book table' link, it will take them to a web view or a browser and will show a specific web page. Thats the whole app.
