Mobile App

Dear Sir,

I would like to have an app built for Apple iOS.

The app must be able to play a looped sound (that I will provide) over the top of/ simultaneously with, a user’s music from
i) Spotify
ii) Apple Music
iii) Music library

For example, a user shall be able to use the app to simultaneously hear
i) sound from the app
&
ii) their music (from i), ii), or iii) )

If it is not possible to simply play my sound over the top of music from the music apps i), ii), iii), then I would imagine the app may have to connect to the Spotify API (see here: https://developer.spotify.com/technologies/spotify-ios-sdk/) and the Apple Music API.
-I am not a technical expert so I look forward to hearing your best/easiest solution for this.
