I have a very stable application that was developed in VB6 with SQL backend. I want to migrate to a cloud/browser-based alternative.
The UI looks dated and old. I will also need the ability to upload documents to store in the DB.
Essentially this is a document management system.
Initially, I am looking for suggestions about how this can be done, an idea of costs and time to do this.
