Messaging app for iphone to be developed by ToXSL T as discussed in chat history in #668875

Criteria

- the app is free
- syncs with your contacts list. Know who has joined and who hasn't
- allows the user to create 2 display photos : a main photo ( which the majority of contacts see ) and an alternate 2nd photo - the user chooses which ONE of their contacts can see this 2nd photo.
- send text and photos
- single chat only
- allow user to pay for more display photos. This will allow users to build up more display photos eg a 3rd photo for a 3rd contact to see, a 4th photo for a 4th contact to see etc.

There will be 3 icons on the navigation bar at the bottom :-
- profile display photos list ( within this is In-App purchases and invite system )
- contacts list
- chats list

timescale- agreed of roughly 15 days

agreed price of 650 GBP. and developer to upload codes into my apple developer account into the apple app store.

the developer TOXSL T have experience of messaging/chat apps for ios.
