MAUI Xamarin app microphone, alter playback in near realtime

The app needs to be written using .NET MAUI Xamarin Forms for iOS and Android.

I want it to access the microphone on the device (phone or tablet) and let the user record audio clips and hear themselves speaking through playback.

This can also be used to help people develop or remove an accent or speech issue as they learn a new language.

So ...
Access the microphone and buffer audio ....
Playback the audio through headphones or the speaker

I know that VS 2022 Preview is required for .NET MAUI but since you're targeting iOS and Android which Xamarin Forms already did MAUI should be stable enough to write this app.

I MUST see some apps samples you have in the store already with reviews.
