MAUI Xamarin app microphone, alter playback in near realtime

The app needs to be written using .NET MAUI Xamarin Forms for iOS and Android.

I want it to access the microphone on the device (phone or tablet) and let the user adjust the "tone" just slightly then play it out of the speakers or headphones in near realtime ... kind of like a beatbox where the person could hear and adjust themselves in realtime to correct tone and pitch.

So ...
Access the microphone and buffer audio ....
Allow minor changes to the audio
Playback the audio through headphones or the speaker

I know that VS 2022 Preview is required for .NET MAUI but since you're targeting iOS and Android which Xamarin Forms already did MAUI should be stable enough to write this app.

I MUST see some apps samples you have in the store already with reviews.
