Magento Customization

Hi,
I need someone to assist me customizing some features of my Magento website that due to a lack of time am unable to do it myself.

The job involves:
1 - Footer.phtml & xml file customization
2- Insertion of a slide show banner on front page replacing the big one currently there.
3 - Change green main theme to blue.

There's not development job involved but just adjust a few things.
This job should take only a couple of hour.
