Kiosk style simple app

Im looking for someone to build me a super simple 'kiosk' style app.
I need an android app that literally just shows a single carousel of images with no buttons at all that I can then lock on my mobile devices and use them as display pieces to showcase products.
The app must be able to host high res images and I must be able to host different images on different devices within the same app.
