Joomla Electronic Medical Record and Patient Portal Solution

I\'d like to create an interface that seems to fit nicely into a blog (interface) which has an admin side, doctors (multiple) side, staff (multiple) side, and patient side. I have a php shopping cart built in and would like to utilize the same database/CRM from infusionsoft (I have the programmer who will help you intergrate this).

It will be a website to show off my services, and....
The interface will allow me to see the patients\' medical records with a search feature. It will have a private interface to send me a question. The questions and my responses will interface within the patient record. It will allow me to track the supplements and medications that they are on, that they\'ve come off of, that they\'ve changed. It will allow me to store their labs and medical files from other doctors, xrays, etc in a thumbnail format, it will have a blog on the front page for me to communicate with all my patients, it will allow for online scheduling with me (which would integrate into a scheduling program that I\'m going to need designed within this.)
It will have a recipe area for patient-specific recipes, upcoming events, online-patient forms

I\'d love for it to interact with a server-loaded quickbooks, and be written in php/ajax/etc.

It would also be great if it could allow for ipad interfacing
