Java Mobile Application

I work for a digital marketing company specialising in Bluetooth proximity marketing. I am looking for a generic java application to be used as an advertisement that can be broadcasted to mobile phones over bluetooth.
Something along the lines of \"This advertisement could be promoting your product or business...\"
We are attending a trade show later this month and would like to have the ad by then.
Businesses who receive the ad will hopefully sign up for our software solution and then comission their own java based advert for themselves.
This application will act as a springboard for future work which can be priced higher.
