IPhone app which is in a nutshell business directory listing

Hello iPhone app developers. I need an iPhone app and I’m asking for your comments, question and feedback. I’m web developer and don’t know much about app development. Therefore, I want you to provide me with best plan for this app to come alive. Deadline is 15th of September. Budget is somewhat negotiable.

So, I need an iPhone app which is in a nutshell business directory listing that should refer to this website: https://supportnzlocal.com/ Make sure to check the linked website inside out because website must reflect onto an app both design and functionality wise. All of the website functions should be part of the iPhone app. Plus some more features I’ll explain below. Of course, app has to look nicer, better laid out, work more efficiently and to be up to date. I like the idea people can search their area and see what local business is around and the businesses can pay for premium memberships in order for their business to be showed at the top of the app.

Website and app will be connected. Meaning, content will be filled from within website and into an app. For starters, all the website content has to be pulled and put into app. Process should work vice versa as well. For example, if something is put from within an app, it should be put automatically on the website as well. Web and app has to be synced.

Concerning app design, I have 5-6 rough mockups made in PDF. Find them attached. So, yes, I need UI work as well. App design has to follow design guidelines from the mockups and from the existing website. Put word “NZ” so I know you’ve read the job description fully.

Below is how I imagined this app to work. Please provide your valuable input because you may have a better idea.

• There should be separate app login for admin who is in control of anything and everything. He can add/edit/remove anything, including businesses, listings and other content. Or you think it would be better for admin just to use website to manipulate with app content? Maybe it doesn't make sense for admin to login through the app?

• For users who want to register as business, they need to fill in the form which is sent to website/app admin email address which then approves or declines business application. Check here how it is done on website: https://supportnzlocal.com/add-your-listing/ If admin approves, business will receive app/website login credentials to its email address. If business is declined, it will receive an email stating its application has been refused. What are your thoughts on this?

• Regular users who are looking for business have to login/register. They need to be able to contact business either via phone or through contact form/email.

• Regular users should be able to leave reviews for businesses.

• Regular users can search for businesses by location, distance and by category.

• Regular users can sort business by Best Match, Most Reviewed and Recently Reviewed.

• Very important! There should also be paid subscription/membership packages for marketing purposes. For example, if a business wants to add a promotion, that would be one paid subscription/feature. And if business wants to be featured at the top of their category, that would be another paid feature/subscription. Possibly some other paid features. Payment goes directly within app by using PayPal and/or credit cards. Let me give proper examples:
Gold Package-business is listed on the homepage (price to be defined)
Silver Package-business is listed at the top of their category (price to be defined)
Bronze Package-(not yet defined how business will benefit from this package and price as well)

• App has to be submitted to the app store.
