Description of requirements/features: This ‘Equal Voice’ application specification has been designed in response to the user need described as;

The point of the app is for me to find a way to speak less.
I sat in a meeting before Xmas and counted how much time everyone spoke and how often.
I spoke more often than anyone else. Need to listen more!!!! That is the New Years resolution.
I need something that allows me to measure total time each attendee speak and the number of 'interventions'.

The application will allow users to set up meetings, add attendees to the meeting, track who is speaking in the meeting and provide live and post meeting reporting.
An application specification containing wireframes will be supplied and in return a set of screen designs for each screen should be supplied. After a round of changes and amends the screen designs should be made into a working version of the application for testing. After testing the application should be made available for upload to iTunes App Store.
