IOS App Creating

I require somebody who can create me a lottery app.

The app will allow people to input their chosen numbers for a wide range of lotto draws (UK lottery, EuroMillions, Irish Lottery, UK Health Lottery, Thunderball - and perhaps even lotteries from USA) and save them.

Then, everytime each lottery draw is made (hopefully feeds will be available for each of them, if not I would have to enter them manually) a push notification will be sent to each user letting them know how many numbers they have matched and how much money they have won. Obviously people will have to input their numbers every week if they do not play the same ones.

Another feature of the app should allow users to look back at the results of previous draws and if possible click on them and see the prize breakdowns too.

Finally there should also be a buy your ticket feature for each of the different lotteries which will just be a link to the relevant website that will load in the app itself.
