General information for the app: App allows the reporting of fly tipping, potholes etc to the council
Kind of development: New app from scratch
Description of requirements/features: Allows the user to take a photo, provide a location via gps or manual entry which then generates a tweet with hashtags and sends an email to the council reporting the problem. This app is not being developed by the council but by a community group that wants too make reporting easier.
