IOS & Android App Designer Needed For Exisiting Website.

I need a good mobile app to work with my existing website, (android, iphone and tablets). My domain is a wordpress job site with its own database that should work fine with a mobile unit.

NOTE: I have already purchased an mobile app template that needs to be customized to my website, the template includes the following..

Compatible with iPhone 3G, 3GS, 4, 4S, 5. Perfectly suited also for Android devices and many more.
Compatible with tablets such as iPad, iPad 2, iPad 3, Samsung Galaxy (All versions), Asus, and other Android-enabled tablet-devices.
Beautifully adaptable to desktop computers, laptop computers, touch-enabled PDAs

Here is what my App needs to do for my **existing website:

Im looking for a app for my business ***ADULT website which will be compatible with my websites database in which users can manage their registered accounts on the apps and online.

1. App for Android, iPhone & tablets.
2. App must include, account creation. photo submission. check websites email, receive all new updates.
3. App must allow registered users to post ads from their phone and pay for them with our payment widget plugin.

FYI: My existing site is build in wordpress, my server has the database needed and I have already purchased the payment WIDGET to handle all the mobile payments. Everything just needs to be customized to fit my websites needs.

Job Summary:
The app is a **adult job app in which users can download the app and use their registered username and password and receive all updates from the website regarding new applications, photos, emails and special offers. On the website back-end we must be able to see all purchased licenses and add/delete/modify the destinations and their Information.

The app MUST be locked to the phone it was purchased from so the license can not be passed to another phone. It would also be ok if it would be bound to the users telephone number.

The chosen developer must hand over all source files including all rights on the software/website once the project has been paid in full and must not keep any copy or modified version of the same. We will upload the apps our self using our android / app store developer accounts!

I have attached samples of the app template I have already purchased. This temp needs to be customized with our website info, etc, etc.
