IOS & Andriod app completion and submission to relevant stores

General information for the app: The app acts as an umprie and records scores from individual games.
Kind of development: Customization of existing app
Description of requirements/features: I need my app completing.
Previous developer has let me down and the app remains incomplete.
The app is very near completion and the first version of the IOS and Android have already been submitted to apple and google play.
However there is some issues with the scoring data within the app being calculated correctly and transferred to the website and inserted into a league table within the website correctly.

Once job is accepted I will give full detailed breakdown of app and what works need to be completed.

I have source code for both apps and having already spent far to much time on the app I need work completing within 2 weeks.
