I need someone who can make a web app possibly with WordPress to train bakery employees. There needs to be a main page that has links to other apps. A video course section with simple quizzes. As well as a cookbook area with a drop-down menu to download and access videos. The main part of this app is the video tutorial to train staff with small quizzes.

We also need an accompanying admin side app. The manager of the bakery can go into WordPress to make new courses no need to make new or manage already existing courses (although ideally included in the app). The admin-facing side should have just information about progress. Lastly admin should be able to send push notifications either from WordPress panel or admin-facing app.
