Interactive app

Hi,

I am using a iAuditor programme as a basis for property inspections, I need this developing to an app. The user will open the app and use it as a check sheet going through different topics as they inspect the property. the app will have pre specified answers but allow the user to input details and photos.
In summary the app must be able to

Allow photos to be taken at each section.
Allow multiple answers such as "yes/no" or good/poor/ average
Allow the users location to be picked up to pin point the property they are veiwing
Produce a PDF report at the end highlighting the bad points found
Save and print the PDF.

This is an essential part of an overall training programme I am providing to teach property investors what to look for when viewing property.

I am very particular in what I need, I am only interested in people who can develop the app and provide ongoing support with changes etc.

I can give access to the iauditor platform to the successful developer.
