Improve the user interface of an existing iOS app

HRV Health AG is a company set up to reduce the unsustainable growth in healthcare costs. Users of the HRV Health Platform can prove the benefit of positive lifestyle choices using their heart rate variability (HRV) and electrocardiograph (ECG) data collected through our iOS and Android apps. These data give health and life insurers the information they need to differentiate low and high risk policy holders.
Our apps connect to the Polar H9 and H10 heart rate monitors (HRM) that supply the the inter-beat interval (IBI) and ECG data that we use for our algorithms.
The apps work, but the app interface is purely functional, and could do with some pizzaz.
Before submitting a proposal, we require that you look at the HRV Health platform at: https://hrvhealth.org/ On the Home page, you will find links to the apps.
You proposal should look at the apps and the Platform and make suggestions of improvements for the apps (not the Platform) including but not limited to:
Registration on the Platform (using the same validations used on the Platform registration);
Registration of the HRM on the app;
Taking HRV readings;
Taking ECG readings;
HRV results;
HRV result interpretation;
HRV graph
ECG graph
Pulse rate display before and while taking the reading
Display of the reading data as the reading is being taken;
Display of the progress of the HRV reading as it is being taken;
Display of the progress of the ECG reading as it is being taken;

Submitted proposals must show evidence that you have looked at the existing apps and the Platform. Proposals that fail to comply with this requirement will be considered to be lacking professionalism, which is one of the disqualification criteria used in the evaluations of proposals.
HRV Health has developed the algorithms that collect the IBI and ECG data from the HRMs. We have developed the APIs. Any additional APS needed for the app will be developed by our in house developers.
HRV Health will supply the existing code and algorithms for collecting the data from the HRMs.
Awarding the contract will be 40% price and 60% for design and technical.
Proposals that try to circumvent the People Per Hour system will be automatically disqualified.
This proposal is only for the iOS version of the app.
HRV Health will conduct the complete Apple submission and approval process. The developer must make the changes necessary to comply with Apple’s guidelines.
